1 oz Light rum , 1 tsp 151 proof rum , 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao , 1/2 oz White Creme de Menthe , 1 tblsp Cream

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
